Haven't blogged for so long. Shall revive with a short post.
I found out that other thatn the trip sc ppl, most take 8 subj only! Gah -.- I feel i do so many subject v extra leh. But nvm.
Although you might think otherwise, i feel that not taking some tests non-EC classes take is quite a disadv- cos lazy ppl like me will nv study if we aren't forced to >:P And next test, well, oh no.
Geog test tmr. I don't think it should be much of a problem. But first test, who knows.
The only two tests i passed so far are Maths and a sucky compo which i got c6 for. Our first compre test- was a sec4 prelim paper- and everyone was expected to fail anw. I falied chn letter wirting (damn rare) bcos of mispelt words :@ and language errors.
My chn sucks bcos or lang errors :@ but my tr's gonna help me- that is, if i'm hardworking enough.
I'm becoming lazy. Oh well. I know i'll have to buck up. I'm still trying to find my Ideal Way of doing things.
20th century boys has opened! Gonna go watch if i'm free :D

School is friggin' busy. So i have to have my ways of coping.
I will make time for TV: leisure
I will make time to commit to my weekly Art lessons, and not skip them.
I will make time for sleep, try to be in bed by 10 every weeknight.
I will make time for my Sunday Service, especially need some nourishment for the soul amidst my tight schedule.
I will make time for enough study for As, do hwk etc...
There is a place for everything to fit in, but i need to be skillful!
I spend my time like water filling a glass of stones (full): Do hwk during lessons AND listen at the same time. But obviously, not do hwk so much that i 4get to listen! (lessons= stones, hwk= water)
And chiong everything.
Many of you ppl hv 7-9 subjects, while i hv 10!! We all only hv 24 hrs a day. Make gd use of it! This is called maximising time. Keep delaying, and you never finish and you never get the things you want.

I realised that in order to preach, you probably have experienced first-hand things yrself, or you won't learn. There's no such thing as "teaching compassion"- forced! The compo "Show and not tell" formula works in life too!:]
I shall not enforce anyone, and i hate being preachy. But just a few things that could help everyone be a little more mindful and make the world a nicer place! :}
The proverb "do not do unto others what you would not like others to do to you" (sry if i wrote wrongly) is srsly easier said than done!
How often have we been so quick to take offence, while expecting ppl to forgive our errors? (e.g. it's downright frustrating when ur rushing for ur train and the ppl occupy both sides of the escalator so you can't go down, but don't you do that sometimes?)
Do you do things to others that you won't like ppl to do to you? (e.g. Gossip- I'm pretty guilty too- Very fun, but how can you be sure that others are not whispering comments behind ur back? And yes, can be quite unpleasant!)
Or, do you neglect ppl's feelings? (e.g. no one likes feeling left out, but i'm sure from time to time -i'm also guilty of this- everyone has left ppl out too, forgetting the other person might feel hurt!)
And it's friggin' hard to practise what you preach, and why not start today? Put yrself in the other person's shoes (may be ur friend): how's the person probably feeling now? Just a few sec will do, but do it regularly if you can! :] Making mistakes is learning, so "boh bian" if you really do. NVM! Work it out, if you can! :D
And it's about how much u giv ppl, not take! Be a selfless person, and sail thru life! ;P

CRAZED OVER STAR WARS!!!!!!! xDI wish they kept making more and more episodes like anime cos i just can't get enough! ;P CLONE WARS SEASON 2 IS COMING UP ON MUM'S BDAY, WHILE I'M WATCHING E MOVIE NOW!! YAY!!!!!!!!<3

At the last minute, I decided to forgo going out on Sat due to multiple reasons. Felt quite bitter about it, and then later i was glad i did or i'll never finish my homework, nor sleep again. In late aftnn went to Toa Payoh to buy shoes, but unfortunately my oddly shaped feet couldn't fit them, otherwise they were unappropriate. D;
My Sherlock Holmes outing tmr is postponed. Sigh, dunno if Thu still hv timing (cos it's the only other day i'm available.)
Started studying for Geog although it's 2 weeks away. I still haven't finished “悦”读集成 yet >:P (since it's not quite 悦读 anw.) My tr showed my prev one to the class cos i did a drawing inside xD (teehee so proud of myself!>:P) but i doubt she will this time round.
I'm still in a holiday mood, but i'm sure i'll be able to wake up in time to come (read my poem?)

Second. Week. Of. School.
My head is spinnin'
I'm goin' crazy.
A hundred things on my mind,
Makin' me go blind.
Work has no pleasure,
An' I need some leisure
But leisure means I've to hurry up
And old habits die hard
An' I just love to sleep and slack.

I try to push it
Sleepin' at 9plus a few days straight.

I take refuge every Tuesday-
Art elective day!
I swim in the colours
Of paints on my paper

I suddenly crapped up this poem. And I've learnt to rhyme!! xD I suddenly find description like art. I suddenly had an "art explosion" recently and suddenly could mix paints to form any colour, any shade! :D Last time all ugly colours la. And trust me, art is the most fun lesson of the week. We're even allowed to listen to MP3!! xD
Yes, i'm srsly going to explode. Despite that, i hope you've managed to find some funny parts in my poem! (though not many) Actually laughed when writing them out. >:P

Wow. I'm amazed i managed to scrape thru the first wk of sch. I couldn't kick my holiday habits of late nights, and thought i had good tiredness-reisistance till Fri. And then on Sat i had 2 go bk for CCA fair, and my grp was apparently painting stools as an exhibit for the Sec 1s. I'm kinda glad i didn't have to keep advertising our CCA like the others, but also in a way bored not going out and slamming all of the Sec1s w stickers >:D Hehe. My hands nearly broke w all that painting ;x
And then at home, i had to wait for my tuition to end till i got to nap, but i completed all my hwk which meant i had a blissful night watching 2 entire episodes of Star Wars!! xD Ep 3&4 btw. Actually i think the first 2 are better. Urgh. So sad Skywalker turned to the dark side. I couldn't believe it you know D; Ok, probably not many of you reading watch Stars wars, so...
Anyway, gotta go swimming ytd b4 service :D (enjoy b4 i get really too busy!)
And my remedy now is, always try to sleep early. Really works :} And i'm going to bed now! :)

OMIGAWD!! it's only beg of sch and i'm like so busy i've hardly anytime to blog or even go online. Sec 3 is seriously harder than i thought. There are bad things and gd things abt sch☠♥l. I will rant a lot, but say lotsa gd things too.:}

My class is the only EC class without air con. All the rest are container classes and i really miss my aircon ;X bcos i get so sweaty everyday in class ☠. And i think it's the heat that makes me tired and moody, along with some other factors like boring lessons.
I developed severe toilet phobia on Day 1- but thkfully i didn't find the toilets tt bad later on.
the canteen is really crowded, such that by the time i get my food it's nearly the end of recess. And ytd after recess i suddenly lost my way back to class, and obviously returned to class super late.:.( And so tdy i brought my own sandwich, esp since it's fried fd day e queue will be ☠ (and anw, a gigantic ulcer is preventing me fr taking that stuff). And it's also real bad during lunchtime. And i'm just so friggin glad and thankful that the sch is looking in2 that matter.;)
I've to stay back like, 3x a wk up fr 1 last yr :@ and how am i gonna cope with my hwk? Oh, please. I'm gonna have to learn to work effectively without having to stay up late. I reach home so late.

Nevertheless, despite being really really dissatisfied with my sch life and trying so hard to stay cheerful to prevent everyone from getting moody, everyone has a breaking point. But nth is totally bad. every cloud has a silver lining, and these are the things i'm glad about:
My classmates are nice peeps. Some of them are really friendly, and sweet too. And i have liu ting in my class, sitting across the aisle♥
I look nicer this year for some reason. i think my haircut helped.
Most of e stalls i liked in our old campus transfered here instead of to the primary section.♥
I'm gonna see some hope getting to eat recess in peace soon.♥
Art elective is the most fun subject in sch. Although i'm the only one in my class, as well as the only one in my cohort taking it as a 10th subject. Bcos the teachers are really nice, and what we get to do is so fun and relaxing (that i even feel bad not studying and enjoying so much). We got to play ard with Chinese paintbrushes and ink ytd.♥ We created a work based on a piece called "Scream", by using a cutout (printed) figure from the painting(?) and creating our own setting. It was SOOO fun OMG:D In addition, our tr brought CD for us to listen to, and we can bring our own too! I wish i had bcos i'd definitely bring Suju's albums!!!!!!!!!!!XD♥ And we'll be doing all sorts of exciting artforms throughout the year!! Woohoo!!! I kinda wish we could just go 2 sch and do Art, Math and Geog and ignore everything else. >:D Hehe
Art Club is getting more exciting. Although we've to stay back 2x a wk now, we're gonna do more stuff, and of course gain CCA points.♥ I feel so excited alr! We're gonna paint some parts of the sch, go for CIP and museums... OMG!!♥

I shall be stuck with this schedule all year, and i guess sooner or later, i just hv to learn how to live with it.

And just in time for the occasion: I FINALLY CHANGED MY SKIN!!! :D♥ (not that i dun like the old one, but i hope i rid the photobucket thingy by changing skin. It's quite similar bcos i like the old one too. :D)

Went to Yi Chao's house ytd aftnn. :} Played badminton and at the playground near her house. :] Hehe had to cut it short 4 my sleepover ;x
What a year 2009 was!! It was really eventful. Many ups (i.e. Sec 2 Alumni Camp :D) and downs too (i.e. screwing up my math mock papers and freaking out the night b4 e exam D;, not to mention the weekly tests D:) But being a fresh new year, we should try to leave all the bad things behind and bring with us all the good times we had.
Nevertheless, the year'd never be complete without you all- my friends!! :} I'll have a really boring time without yall. Thanks 4 adding lots of spice to my life- and i hope that i added spice to yours too!♥ Here are some of the events. (Pls dun be sad if ur name doesn't appear there. The list goes on y'know.:])
